Its my one of best restaurant in the town. They have all kind of american fresh sear food. I love the environment. They have very good friendly staff most of the time;-).

Service was bad, prices were very very expensive. Service was bad why? Not because the server wasn’t trying. It was not very busy at all, yet she was doing several several tables by herself. How can I expect her to be attentive? Last time I had the same experience and this was redemption. Today was worse. There’s a lot of competition now with new restaurants. I think red lobster should step up. Pretty obvious they stepped down. There was a rumor years ago that red lobster would up their prices, and decrease the quality of the lobster. I had no idea that they were serious. But everything was sub par. There’s just too many restaurants to choose from now. I’ll miss red lobster as it was back in the day. My bill? Completely outrageous.

The food was bland and the service was ridiculously bad. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, especially when there’s an Olive Garden or even Burger King down the road.

Nice atmosphere, not overly loud. Friendly wait staff. Food is delicious, especially their cheddar bay biscuits. I do not like their ranch dressing, defiantly not made in house. I wish they would use whatever brand most restaurants astound here use since every meal comes with salad, tried the Caesar but tasted like mayonnaise to me.

I ordered the crab alfredo and got the shrimp Alfredo which tasted very good. I was disappointed with the lettuce salad when I told the waitress the lettuce tasted old she said really? I just opened a new bag. If I want bagged lettuce I can get it from the grocery store when I go out to eat I want fresh lettuce and greens. Blah.

Don’t recommend going here. Took forever to get a table at 5 pm. Food was decent at best

Have not had a bad experience here to date. Though admittedly it is about as standard as Red Lobster gets. I recommend the mussels from the appetizer menu.

I’ve been here a couple times of recent. I think the seafood is okay, but not good. I don’t think you necessarily get what you pay for, and the service has been questionable. Last visit, the waitress didn’t seem to know her information about the menu and had to leave our table at least twice to ask a manager for clarification. She also ended up bringing us the wrong food. Besides the poor service, the garlic biscuits they offer complementary to all meals were pretty good. The lobster is expensive even for lobster, given the portion size and quality. You’re best sticking with coastal seafood, not a franchise’s interpretation of seafood. I probably won’t be back unless I get a gift card.

Excellent food and even quantity is way more than you will expect. It was my wife’s birthday so at the end they bought a dessert with candle.(Dessert was not free though). Only the serving time is more but it compromises for the quality of food.

I flew into Waterloo to take my mother, on her birthday, here to one of her favorite places to eat. After this experience I really want to question her taste and also my willingness to eat here. I have not been to a chain restaurant for many months and this place reminds me why. First, they get two stars because the service was great and the manager even took a picture of our whole group with one of our cameras. Other than the service, things went downhill from there. Two orders got mixed up and wrong sides were provided, the cheese biscuits were good but not as great as I remember, my fish and lobster were okay but definitely did not taste fresh. Others in the group enjoyed their food more than I did, however. My food just did not have much taste. It was almost as if everything was just put into boiling water together and then thrown onto a plate. Bland, salty and otherwise pretty tasteless. My biggest complaint is that the drinks were way way way watered down. I ordered my usual Tanqueray gin martini though when it came, I swear that there was no gin in this drink at all. I dismissed that as perhaps the chain restaurant way of making top shelf drinks. After 3 martini’s, all the same watered down drinks, I realized I had been duped. I didn’t feel like I had imbibed at all and with that many martini’s, I should have bee under the table. I really should give only one star but the service was great. I do not plan on visiting this chain again.

Ok meal, wonderful service! Cindy was one of the best waitstaff we have ever encountered. Thanks, Cindy, for making our meal so enjoyable. Unfortunately, the seafood that I ordered had been a little overcooked. Maybe it was my fault, because I ordered it with no seasoning or butter, but that doesn’t mean that you must cook it until it is dry.
