I was wanting to purchase a new washer and dryer. I try to shop local whenever I can. This Sears is in Waterloo, the sad part was they do charge to deliver but they hook everything up and do not leave until everything is in correct working order. They have many units to choose from, the salesperson were friendly and not pushy. They did explain the new HE (high efficiency) models. No agitator… hmm good thing I don’t work in the coal mine and my clothes need to be beat on a rock to get clean. They check out process was handled very quickly. My delivery was on a Monday, I got a phone call reminding me of the delivery on Sunday and they even called me 30 minutes before arrival. The guys wiped their feet and did not waste time getting things going.
