Viet Noodle is amazing! We’ve been back a good 4 times since we moved to Cedar Falls. We always get the vermicelli with pork and egg rolls. The pork here is tender and delicious! I always load up my noodles with hoisin and red chili peppers, mmm! I only wish they used cabbage instead of lettuce.

We’ll continue to come back time and time again! Affordable, quick, and above all, DELICIOUS!

The place was freezing. The place was filthy. Staff fawned over the larger tables of two and three but encouraged single diners like myself to get take out. Two other patrons dining alone left after being ignored. Finally, After reluctantly seating me, the waitress took my order and 5 minutes later came back with the best crispy and tasty egg rolls ever. Even though I noticed I could see my breath it was so cold in here I decided to NOT cancel the order. 10 minutes later, my grilled pork over noodles with egg rolls came. Yummmmmmmmm. The sliced veggies were fresh and the sauce was also fresh tasting. Now I can be partially forgiving, but I will probably not come by myself again.

Pretty much the only place to get a bahn mi in the cedar valley. Excellent phở. if they had delivery I’d eat there weekly

Delicious Vietnamese food. Banh mis are great. Phở also looks great. On par with the west coast Vietnamese places I’ve been to. Very surprised to find such a good spot in cedar falls.

I’m very glad to see this in the Cedar Valley. Excellent food and friendly service. The pork noodle salad and spring rolls are particular standouts. Highly recommended.
