one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made was buying a vehicle here. since driving it off the lot, it has been in the shop nearly every other month (7 times in less than a year and a half), totaling well over $ 3,000 in repairs. further yet, they have refused to even budge on helping cover ANY of these costs! the term ‘sleazy car salesmen’ has never seemed more fitting. steer very clear of this «business».

Have dealt with this company twice. Once in its La Port City location and once at its Cedar Falls location.
In working with the La Port City location I was purchasing a new car. They made it clear that there was not going to be any negotiation on the price of the car, I pay sticker or someone else will. No attempts were made to add any value to the sale.
The second experience was at the Cedar Falls Store. I was looking at a used truck on their lot. and after negotiating with them for 45 minutes I had to shake my head and just walk out of the office. Did a quick Internet search and Spend thousands less for a better truck.
Long story short Buyer Beware when dealing with this company.
