My boyfriend took my very expensive comforter to this dry cleaner. Once he got it home, we took it out of the bag and there was a huge discoloration on the threaded fabric. It is completely ruined. I’m glad I didn’t send any of my cashmere sweaters with him!
Now I am out the money it cost to clean the comforter and the amount of the actual comforter. I’m not happy at all!
