If you happened to be traveling through Watertown, do stop by this lovely, very friendly ‘fair trade’ shop off the square. It’s packed with beautiful things from all over the world, and the prices are even cheaper than I found in Cambodia and Southeast Asia. Somehow they still pay the artist a fair price for the items and keep this lovely store open. Agape is a great place to buy one of a kind gift and the staff is so friendly you’ll feel like your in Aunt Millie living room! Upstair they have a second hand shop, full of the weird and wonderful. Very well organized and EVERYTHING is clean and smells nice! Vintage glassware for a $ 1, tablecloths, men’s and mostly woman’s clothing, vintage linens, toys, you name it… you’ll never know what you can find and the best part is that you’re really helping out folks in another country struggling to get by. A $ 10 purchase could mean weather a kid eat for the week or not so stop by and take a look around. It’s a lovely place and they take credit cards! ;)
