I recently had to return a computer for repair. The counter person at FedEx was extremely friendly and very helpful. When my computer was returned to me, I opted to pick it up at the FedEx location in Watertown. I received a phone call from FedEx, letting me know that my computer had arrived and was available for pick up. Wow! What great customer service. To get a personal call from a delivery company is unheard of. FedEx really understands the value of giving outstanding customer service. Thank you, FedEx!
