I frequently go to Dr. Haas for adult acne-related concerns. I have gone to nearly every dermatologist in the area, and she is certainly the most consistent and efficient. It’s incredibly easy to schedule appointments in a short time frame too. The only downside about Dr. Haas is that she is very serious and doesn’t have much of a bedside manner. For me, that’s fine. I’m not in the mood to chit chat, but if that’s something you desire just keep that in mind. I will continue to go here for the foreseeable future.

Dr. Haas was fine. Did her job. Wouldn’t say she had the best bed-side manner, but she provided the service that I needed. However, the workers at this office are very incompetent. During my visit, as I was in the waiting room, they called me over by stating what I was there for. Doesn’t that break HIPPA? It was embarrassing. I saw them in September, they did not bill my insurance correctly. I had to call in to ask them to please send it to the correct address. They re-sent it. It is now February, they said my claim was denied. Then they told me they were out of network, when CLEARLY they are IN Network if you look them up on the website. POORLYTRAINED. Then, when I called my insurance to clarify, they said they NEVER received anything from this office. I called the office yesterday, and they told me they are figuring it out and will call me back. One entire day later, they haven’t even attempted to do anything about it, and said they would call me back. Incompetent staff. 5 months, and I still haven’t properly received my bill yet.

Dr Haas has acted in a very unprofessional manner. She misdiagnosed 2 basal cell cancers, told me she performed mohs surgery on me when she did not and refused to send me my medical records in a timely manner. I would not recommend using her as a physician.

I’ve been going to Dr. Haas for some year now due to my mole-ridden skin. so far she has removed 3 moles, one of which ended up being cancerous. my husband is getting 2 removed from her next month. She is very professional(i.e. serious) very to the point and her office is always busy. not big on small talk, but she seems incredibly smart. so to sum up, although she avoids some of the pleasantries she is an excellent doctor, who i suggest to anyone in need of a dermatologist.
