The company is actually in Waltham. I needed an overhead garage door to be made and installed in my shed. The owner, Joseph Chisholm, was very professional, but also personal: it was clear that he is proud of what he does, and want it be perfect. had the shed inspected by the company, Joe then gave his recommendations and price, then ordered the door, and installed it. The job was completed in about 5 weeks time (the time needed to make the door at a manufaturer’s facility). The door is perfect and very easy to operate.

I interviewed no less than 5 other garage door companies, to replace my 25 year old chain driven el-​cheapo doors. They were some sort of wood composite and looked really awful. After reading about all the kinds and comparing prices, i decided i wanted a well-​insulated steel door. All of the other companies had some noticeable problem from my point of view — no flexibility about door type, or not interested ins answering my questions, obviously not experienced, or grumpy people. I wanted a company with a good warranty, a professional approach, and of course, a good job at a competitive price. Mr. Chisholm looked over my doors, said no problem, gave me a quote and a competitive price. After making sure he seemed like the best one, I placed the order with him. It took a few weeks for the doors to come (as he told me) and then his crew came over. (I had to move all the junk out into the driveway so they could work and they worked with me to schedule when it wasn’t going to rain.) Crew was fast and professional. Made sure I had the openers I needed, installed an extra opener button, loaded the old dorrs and drove away !
That was a few months back and the doors are working wonderfully without any need for them to come back and adjust. The new doors are belt driven and so silient you can hardly hear them. The old chain drive doors were so noisy they shook the dining room over the garage.
I think Mr. Chisholm’s company is first rate.
