It’s Moe’s. Food was good. The restaurant was dirty though. Trash was overflows and the floor was pretty dirty and sticky. Tables weren’t cleaned either. The air was cold. Many people ate with coats on, probably to just be comfortable. Atmosphere was cool. Oldies music playing(pre 90s) I def recommend, they just need to clean it up. A lot!

Being from California and having a grandma and a few aunts and cousins that cook homemade Mexican food coming to upstate New York where no one knows how to make real Mexican food Moe’s is refreshing. The guacamole is amazing, the food is great and I love the salsa. We go as often as we can. And if there is ever a problem ask for the manager Jay. He is the best. He will make it right for you on the spot. I love it. The only thing it is missing and really needs is Horchata. That drink would make it all perfect.

This place likes to close during its own business hours. I walked in 15 minutes prior to close, and already the employees had removed all the food, and gave me a lame sorry sir.

Burritoes are awesome here! They also have a salsa bar, and the high speed new fangle coke fountain drink dispenser thats digital. Great food and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Unfriendly. What happened? Moe’s was great when it first opened but the service has seen a sharp decline in quality. The once friendly personas have been replaced with a miserable brood more keen on their next 15 minute break then stuffing your taco. I gave Moe’s a shot twice in the past week because I was seriously craving a chicken club. Each visit left me feeling more like an inconvenience than a customer. One employee actually rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to repeat what he said and I’d missed. The only thing rolling in casa de Moe’s should be my burrito. Face facts: if you’re serving food that’s a half step up in quality from taco bell, your stellar service better be a driving force in my visit. Get your act cleaned up Moe’s!

A level lower than chipotle, but still a great place to eat. The food is good, the atmosphere is pleasing and the service is ok.

Not bad, about as pricey as Taco Del Mar. The white queso is pretty good but not enough to write home about. Shells were crisp and steak fajita meat was flavorful. Not bad stop for lunch or dinner.

I recently lived in Los Angeles for 5 years and this place brings me back to it. The tacos are stuffed full and are very delicious. My favorite part was the fresh guacamole. I will be frequenting this place often.

Definitely a Moes girl. I think I like this place better than Chipotle merely because of the white queso. I also love their salsa bar. They also have an awesome drink fountain with a bajillion options. Moes is always a little pricey but cheaper than Chipotle. Only thing I don’t like is that they charge extra for queso and when you ask for a side of it for chips they charge for that too and the cup is tiny. Still love this place!

I love Moe’s. Way better than Chipolte when it comes to fast food Mexican. Staff is friendly. I enjoy walking into places where it seems the employees enjoy their work. Love the freshness of the ingredients. Kudos to the management for establishing such a great team!

This place is great… I got greeted by at 3 people when I walked in. Didn’t wait long on getting my order. The guy who was checking us out was. very friendly and out going especially to my friends son. After sitting and eating for a while 2 women came in with their kids and the guy who was checking out helped them to their table and even gotten high chair for them. what fast food place due you know that does that. on top of that they have a very awesome coke machine where you can pick different styles of drinks and ones you cant even get in stores.

I mean Moe’s is Moe’s, delicious food and big dishes. Their burrito, the Joey bag of doughnuts, is the common order but I recommend you get a Wrong Doug, they are the bomb! Make sure you get some queso for your chips

A lot of people compared Moe’s to Chipotle, but honestly, they have their ups and downs. Moe’s has a lot more ingredients and won’t charge you for them whereas Chipotle will. However, Chipotle’s food has more taste and offer hot salsa(this is a big plus because I love spicy) and Moe’s does not. Moe’s food is good, but compared to Chipotle, the flavor is bland.

I’m a huge fan of Moe’s Southwest Grill in general. I always smile when they shout out their greetings upon entering their business. I typically order some kind of vegetarian quesadilla or similar item off the menu, and am a huge fan of their chipotle sauce for both my taco and my tortilla chips. One of my favorite places to eat in Watertown. Definitely would recommend!

This place is awesome! It’s way better than Chipotle in my opinion. It’s a tad on the expensive side but, worth it since there’s hardly anything up here to satisfy my craving for anything remotely Mexican other than Taco Hell… and they have green salsa and white queso! You get to customize the ingredients to exactly how you want your tacos, burrito, salad, crunch wrap thingys — I haven’t been disappointed yet.

All this place had to do was beat Chipotle and that it did. I was a bit weirded out by the employees yelling whatever welcome routine that they’re required to yell, but the food was pretty good, certainly the best local facsimile of mexican food you can get in Watertown. I still make faces like a confused dog whenever someone offers me corn ‘salsa’, but at least they don’t nickel-and-dime you over extra lettuce or rice like Chipotle – and they were slightly decent at rolling the burrito.

When entering the door you are greeted with a ‘Welcome to Moe’s’ call. The staff a friendly and helpful, especially, when you are unfamiliar with the ordering system. Which isn’t complex but with the availability of fresh toppings seems a little daunting at first. There is a lot of good food here to enjoy and for me a highlight is their Queso Sauce and Salsa Bar with multiple selections of salsa and salsa verde. Top it off that this location has the newer Coke dispensers that let you mix flavors and this is a really fun place to grab a bite to eat. ‘Welcome to Moe’s’ indeed. You get a lot more for your money than Chipotle, and I found Chipotle bland and the atmosphere was very industrial and rushed. On top of that there is no free salsa bar.

Not much options for Taco’s around town and since I’m not fond of Chipotle’s, I had a pleasant experience at Moe’s. Nachos were awesome(obviously, depending how u top them), but I loved them. Pull pork crunchy tacos with guacamole, pinto beans, pico de gallo and sour cream., awesome! A bit pricey, I would say.

Food was good, music was so loud that it sounded awful. I recommend getting your order to go here.
