AVOID!!! I wish I could give minus stars! We took our Mercedes in to them since they said they could replace the fan belt that broke on a Friday nite, so left it with them. They said it took them FOUR HOURS on Saturay to drill a ‘broken bolt’ out, so charged about $ 350 for a replaced FAN BELT! WORSE, they used the wrong tools and bent the wheel and other items, so had to have Mercedes in Alexandria fix it again, AFTER the horrid squealing wouldn’t stop. I had to have the belt replaced again, PLUS parts they bent for about $ 600!!! I went back to complain and they returned about $ 35! Great treatment for a military family! Guess they knew we wouldn’t be there forever! FYI, we had another car, so didn’t say we were in a hurry either, so no excuse — they never told us they didn’t have the right tools or the expected costs beforehand!!!
