I watched a man get stabbed through the guts with a pitch fork, and a sad boy played dashboard confessional songs on an organelle! It was wild! Oh yeah, they serve Heineken too! Great times.

Super weird atmosphere, not creepy; just weird. The kitchen boy is pretty cool, never really seems to be happy about making your order, but does it anyway and it’s always really good. Then there is the beer czar. She’s a little rough around the edges and can come off as harsh (in a loving mother grade school teacher sort of way) however she can tell you anything you need to know about their amazing beer selection. The crowd is pretty cool, you’ve got to watch out for the next viral video of competition eating being made or the ever present sudden death round of cards against humanity. Aside from that you never have any worries definitely a place you can take your significant other and not lose them to douchebaggery!

Went there for the first time last night to see some bands play. I’d never been to Watertown and was really (pleasantly) surprised that this cool little bar was smack in the middle of a clean, quiet residential neighborhood. The bartenders were nice and very real — they seemed to know most of the customers by name and everyone was chatting. It’s such a friendly, comfortable environment. I’m 20 so I can’t speak to the drink menu, but we got chicken tenders and a grilled cheese and they were delicious. Lots of other bar foods to choose from, both classic and unique. Glasses of water are free and they refill before you reach the bottom. There’s a bunch of vintage games, a pool table, a couch. And when the bands played I was really surprised at how good the sound was! Honestly better than some venues I’ve been to that are specifically for music. Would definitely be a regular if I lived closer (and were a year older!)

Great selection and very reasonable prices. The beer list can be found on their Facebook page but I am told that it is ~95% accurate since new selections are rotating in and out regularly. Cool, old-​school arcade games… I like the Simpson’s game. :-D They have live music sometimes, trivia nights, wing nights, and other fun things going on.
Besides the cool, laid-​back vibe, the staff is extremely nice and the patrons are friendly. I’m really excited to have found this little gem.
