Watertown Siding Windows & Gutters

I truly hope that the service I received, or lack of service, is not indicative of how Watertown Siding Co typically treats it’s customers, but I felt I had to post a review to share my experience. Watertown Siding Co also carries windows and doors and installs them so I called because I was looking for a patio door. We had someone out to visit our home that day to measure and show us what the business had available. Great! He left us with some booklets and said he would call in a couple of days with a quote. No call came. I was busy so I didn’t call them but assumed they would call me. I finally called a week and a half later. I explained the situation and I was told that the man who had come to our home would call in an hour. No call came. A week later, (I had given up on them) I received a call from someone else from Watertown Siding and she said she was returning a call. I told her the situation and she said she’d have someone call me back. Do you think I received a call? Nope.
