Chelsie at the desk made it clear that she was having a bad day and was condescending towards her colleague who was very professional and accommodating. I was surprised when, on my way out, Chelsie asked me how my session was. I said it was nice but even when I was being told«spray pass» it was several dry passes; no Hydration. Chelsie said, «It’s broken. It’s been broken for days.» She set me up in a spray booth knowing it probably wasn’t working. No apology, no offer of a complimentary session. I’ve always looked bronzed by the time I get home but my husband said, «I thought you were going for a spray tan.» Now, four hours later, my legs, feet and chest have no color, my arms have some but not the glow that I go to Suntan City for. A Suntan City representative I contacted online kindly granted me a complimentary session.

I wanted to get a base tan for ten days prior to my move to Hawaii, so having told the girl at the front desk this, I bought the«tour» package(one visit in each type of bed). I dont tan easily and usually go 15 – 20 each time. Well, it wasnt until I finished my purchase that she explained it was«company policy» that I could only tan for 5 minutes my first time. So ok, I was pissed but figured I could at least tan longer the next time. NOPE! 6 minutes was all that was allowed my second time. So really, I paid for 5 visits that will do absolutely nothing for me. And they made me buy their eyewear protection to boot. I will not ever go back to any Sun Tan City.

i was not happy with the service here at all. it seems the staff works on commission and are very pushy. i got a fungal infection from the bed i used and couldn’t get my tanning package refunded even after bringing them the doctors note they requested. i will not be going here ever again.
