Came here with a pretty large group late in the morning. We had called ahead and I was happy to see they had put a few tables together to accommodate our group. After claiming our seats, we proceeded up to the counter to order. They have printed menus which were much easier to read than the menu on the wall, be careful though because printed menus are not updated with new items. The bread is ordered from Big G’s, so if you’ve been there you have an idea of just how big a single piece of toast is. I ended up ordering 1 ½ pieces of toast, not because I was that hungry but because I could decide on just one thing. I ended up ordering the BBQ chicken and the Pony Express. Both had amazing flavors and toasted to perfection. Even though I didn’t order both because I was that hungry, I did end up finishing all my food. I was very pleased with everything there. The restaurant had a nice layout with a great beverage station, also very similar to Big G’s, unlimited coffee, soda, slushys. The staff was also great, Amanda went out of her way to accommodate our group and even help clear plates. Only suggestion is to get larger soda cups.

The service was 5 stars, absolutely wonderful. We hung out and chatted for a couple hours and they occasionally stopped over and asked if we needed anything, how we enjoyed our experience there. They were informative about the menu, including ordering half sizes and that the asterick means it has a combination of cheeses that are made in house. They are very patient when ordering and even have paper menus for easy contemplation. The prices are perfect, lunch or breakfast for 10 bucks. All drinks are self service and bottomless. There is juice, soda, coffee(iced and hot) iced tea and even slushies. They have sweet and savory choices for the toast. You can even make your own from their long list of ingredients. There are vegetarian and gluten free options.(gluten free is even cooked in a seperate toaster) They also offer daily soup selections from karmasouptra. They also offer breakfast sandwhiches. I tried the pony xpress with has meat cheese and bbq sauce. It was on large slice of wheat toast with good portions of each ingredient and plenty of bubbly cheese. The king’s toast has bacon, banana peanut butter and honey, excellent for any sweet tooth. Side note, not as tasty when reheated, but so hard to pick just one. These tasty meals remind me of pizza you make when you were in college, but with higher quality ingredients. Definaetly worth checking out.

Toast did not have the qualities I look for in a café. Number one complaint weak coffee… that is a deal breaker for me. The French toast toast was covered with too much lumpy brown sugar, it was all I could taste. Too bad since it is such a great space.

Great concept, very inexpensive, a small café style setting, and the toast was great!!! My girlfriend and I got the candied Apple toast, candied Fuji apples with cinnamon sugar and Carmel drizzle. So delicious, we will be back again and again to taste more of the menu! $ 10 for both of us to leave completely satisfied!
