Busy Bee’s Cleaning

WORST SERVICE EVER. I was very hopeful. Got a living social deal. Where should I start? The maid was an hour and a half late. I got home early and walked into a house blasting with music. Come to find out that the maid had found my iPad that was hidden in my desk drawer and was playing it on my stereo, which was closed off in my wardobe. I walk into the kitchen to find that she had taken a venture in my fridge and took a drink!!! I asked for the floors to be cleaned, everything dusted, and all bathrooms cleaned. MY BATHROOM WAS DIRTIER THAN I LEFT IT. All the rugs had been shaken out and dirt was all over the floor. My shower was not cleaned at all either. I have left multiple messages to no avail. To say that I am pissed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!

There are 27 reviews that are counted in the score that were all negative. Unilocal only counted 2 in which one was good and one horrible. I don’t understand why Unilocal is not showing the other 27 horrible reviews? They’re all different people from different times. I feel bad for the people who don’t read the reviews and get messed over.
I was lucky I never got to really use them. I bought a deal through groupon and they was never able to scheduled. I called a 1.5 month before it was expired. i had wanted them to come out on a weekend so I could be there. But she said no. her people would only come out on m-​friday when I was at work. the lady said they did NOT ever work on saturday or sunday. and during monday –friday that they did work, they were closed the entire month of december for the holidays and half of the month in november. I called in november. the deal ended dec 31^st. So yes do the math, she had exactly ONE day to offer me. take it or leave it. I thought she was rude and it was fishy. so I said no. I asked groupon for a refund instead. I’m so glad I did b/​c these 28 reviews about them are all horrible. 1 good review and Unilocal posts it. odd.

I scheduled maid service for 12 noon — 3 PM using a Groupon. I made clear that I had a board meeting across town and would need to leave my house at 12:15 to make the 12:30 meeting. At 12:35 on date scheduled no one had arrived, no one had called to tell me of delays. I called Busy Bee and left msg that I was disappointed that I had not been contacted and that I was now late for board meeting. I left home for the meeting at 12:40 p.m. I got a call a few minutes later telling me that the maid was on the way, but I had to decline because I was no longer at home to let them in. I told them I was on interstate and trusted that they would call me later to make things right since I fulfilled my part of the bargain. I have not heard from them since and that was 5 days ago, 3 business days. I would like a reimbursement for the Groupon. I do not want to use their services.

I bought a Groupon for 3 hours of cleaning. I waited until I had only a couple weeks left to use it. I called and left a message to schedule my appointment, and the lady called me back the next day and was able to schedule my appointment just in time to use the Groupon (today). Just last night I thought to look at the reviews, and boy did Unilocal put the fear of god into me after reading all the bad reviews. The appointment had to be arranged during a time while I couldn’t be home, so I had to leave a key and trust a stranger to enter my home — adding to the anxiety. I walked in this evening and I was blown away.
I left a substantial list of things I wanted done, sure that the cleaner wouldn’t have time to get to several of them. Not only did s/​he do EVERYTHING on my list, s/​he even did some things I didn’t have on the list. My list included: vacuum and mop floors, clean baseboards, windowsills, blinds, dust surfaces, toilet, bathroom sink, mirror, one window covered in dog slobber, kitchen counter top, and stove top. ALL of that was done, and then s/​he went above and beyond by doing the few dirty dishes in my sink and dusting some things in my bedroom that I didn’t even have on the list. S/​he even made my bed. !!!
Don’t let the bad reviews throw you off. Maybe they got rid of the employee who wasn’t doing a great job — but whoever I got went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use again if they do another Groupon!

I used my groupon for 3 hour of service and am happy. The person they sent was cheerful and very efficient. Also she didn’t mind the dog trying to «help» lol. I was especially pleased that she took the time to really get the grout between the kitchen tiles truly clean.
