Excellent customer service from a very friendly staff. They are currently repainting and fixing up the storage units. The new ownership/management really have instilled a sense of pride in this place. The rates are very reasonable. We highly recommend AAA mini storage!

These folks are awesome. I’ve been a customer on & off for many years, the current management is the best ever. They are prompt to address any issue that may come up, pricing is very fair.
The facility is old and some of the units need some TLC, but again, they will tend to it whatever it is. As for loud bands? This is a service to kids & adults who would have no place to play their music, and it’s rare you’ll be there when a band is rehearsing. It’s C-4 commercial zoned, no residences close enough to matter, so, rock on folks!
This is a small local business with on-site management that actually give a rip about you. I’d take that over a modern facility with snobs any day.

It’s 11:32PM Monday. Band is playing in the storage unit. Whether bands pay extra or not. They shouldn’t be permitted to be in the units after hours! Along with playing music far too loud after 10pm.(Watsonville noise ordinance) If this persists. I’m going to have to take other measures besides filing another noise complaint.

This place is awful your better off leaving your stuff hanging outside in your backyard. They have old cameras old fences and they have lots of break ins not worth it I had my stuff only for a month then noticed my lock was almost cut the people working there need some customer service skills or life skills very ghetto save your money and leave your stuff on the lawn probably safer than this junky place
