This place used to be good when the older woman used to own it, they had the best tuna sandwiches and chilli cheese burgers and fries, when this new guy purchased it from her it went downhill right away. I go in here from time to time because of the nostalgia but thats about it, this guy is all about frozen foods, burger patties are frozen, fries are frozen, burritos are frozen, this should be called the frozen fried catz paw, If people took pride in their establishment this place would be great like the old owner, this guy is just trying to make a quick easy buck, sometimes when I show up he already has 10 or so burgers made in a heat pan and he just reheats the meat for 1 minute and plops it on a bun, sometimes he doesnt even wash his hands when he takes money and makes my food. I am all about local businesses but this guy really has no clue, nice they finally painted and remodeled it a bit, but it is such a small space wouldnt take much to make it look decent. And a fresh burger and fresh cut fries would take this business a long way, I think the current owner has another job therefore does not really put any effort into this business. Maybe even cooking the frozen patties per order would be better than having burgers already cooked in a pan. Hot dogs would be great here too if they offered good dogs and chilli.?? Chilli could go on the burgers too, Just an idea for the owner.

Best damn burgers in town!!! Been comin here since 1995! They haven’t changed a thing and I’m glad they kept it that way!

This is the place to go if your attending Watsonville High. I remember coming here over 100 times throughout my high school years. The guy that works there (david) use to be my friend’s neighbor and hooked us up with free food whenever we wanted =)…We wouldn’t even have to wait in line, we just picked up our food through the side window. The food is good, it’s another burger joint, there «secret sauce» is ketchup and mayo, it is fantastic! There fries are pretty addictive too! There combo is only $ 5, you’ll get a burger (chicken or beef), fries, and a drink. Like my friend Richard use to say «You haven’t tried catz paws yet? You haven’t lived!»…haha

This was my favorite lunch spot in high school! It’s your typical fast food fare, but made fresh right in front of you. It’s a take-​out only place so it’s perfect if you’re on the run.
It’s a small little shack of a building right across the street from Watsonville High. Don’t go around 12:30 cause all the kids will be lined up and you’ll have to wait!
I loved the cheeseburgers and the fries here. The guy takes your order and immediately a burger is put on the flat top. You can watch as they cook it. The chicken sandwiches were always good too. Weirdly, one of my favorite things about this place is that they have crushed ice, instead of cubes. It makes drinks taste better, I don’t know why!
If you’re near the high school and are craving a burger, definitely stop by!
