I have used this company for years after being unsatisfied for a company before that. Ken is not a «people person» so I don’t want reviewers to be put off by that. He is efficient, doesn’t spend time on chitchat and the work, whether installing a pool cover or servicing them has always been perfect. It is hard to find people who do this kid nd of work.

Owner Ken Anderson installed a new pool cover on our pool and, at the time, informed me that the cover was warrantied for five years. Less than three months later, the pool cover stopped working: it would not open or close. It took Anderson almost a month to make it to my house to check out the problem. When he finally came to fix it, he informed me I would have to pay for the repair since«it was working when I installed it» and gave me an estimate of over $ 1,000 to repair it. The warranty covered both materials and function: how can that not include opening and closing of the cover? Very disappointing. I like to keep my business local whenever I possibly can, but I will be using the Bay Area-wide Pool Cover Company from now on.
