This store equals complete chaos. I shopped there the last three weekends in a row and the store was dirty, disorganized and in completely chaotic shape. HUGE piles of items on the floor near the office, items are piling up on the shelves, boxes of unstocked items all over the store in the aisles, pieces of paper all over the floor throughout the store, etc. This store was great when it first opened, but the last few months it has went EXTREMELY downhill.

I came in with a mission to find reindeer ears for my Halloween costume, could not find them at all! Michelle was the absolute best, she dug through so many unopened Christmas boxes for me! Thanks so much again Michelle!

Nice store. Good choice. BUT never enough tills open! Several times I have seen a queue of 10 people or more at the one open till though other staff are chatting by the office! I myself have walked out twice and have noticed several others doing this too. Once I rang in to complain and was told there wasn’t anything they could do! Seems the manager has no interest in opening extra tills. (there are 4 in the store). Will go back to using Green Valley instead.

This Dollar Tree store is bigger than the one in Green Valley. I found what I needed :) Customer service was good. Parking was great. Yay for two Dollar Tree stores in Watsonville, lol…

Salinas, CA
We came in to this brand new Dollar Tree today to check them out. Everything was well organized and easy to find. The cashier was nice and helpful when I asked her about some reading glasses. Remember to bring your own shopping bags or you’ll have to buy one.
