This is one of my favorite stores to take my kids to. I like teaching them to shop at places where money goes to a good cause. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this one. The manager name Juan is a very creepy fellow. When ever I am in the store I always see him staring at little girls. Once I saw a father yell at him because the he was making his daughter feel uncomfortable. That’s why I won’t be taking myself or family to this location anymore. I wonder if goodwill does background checks on their employees. If they don’t they should. He looks like he would be on an episode of to catch a predator. Maybe I will start shopping there if he doesn’t work there anymore but until then I will not.

Love going to this goodwill. Probably go once a week! They have tons of target stuff still brand new in the box and a lot of brand name women’s clothing. Even found a pair of men’s Salvatore Ferragamo dress shoes one time. The children’s clothes are pretty picked over. Even have great furniture sometimes! It can get pretty packed in the afternoons and hard to find parking but if you look you can usually find something good!

So this goodwill isn’t the best, honestly, but if you’re looking for name brand stuff, this place is definitely not picked over. I came here once and saw a TON of Joe’s jeans! If only they had been in my size *sigh* I also got a pair of Calvin Klein jeans here, which are now my favorite pair. They also have some nice dresses there. I think Target donates here because you see a lot of Target brand stuff with tags still on it sold here! If only this wasn’t goodwill so the prices weren’t so high. I mean, this is all USED clothing…

Fine Goodwill; not very picked over and everything is reasonably priced. Also, you can get some tastey tacos just a few doors down.

This Goodwill is nothing special and not that organized but has a huge selection of clothes and shoes! We were a little disappointed in the kitchenwares selection but overall a good experience. The prices were great, and the people were very friendly. It was the week before valentines day, but I was actually a little disappointed in the«riskay» displays in the window. I’d probably come again if I was in the neighborhood. Unilocal 11⁄100

This Goodwill I felt their prices were a lot lower than the ones in the Bay Area. I didn’t find anything that called out to me. Maybe all the good stuff had been already picked over. I need more luck like Mike S. But happy to see a thrift store in the area.

This place has some great clothing, but OMG their pricing is high compared to other thrifts in the area(even other Goodwills). The staff working the floor is minimal, and their attitudes if not impolite are at best disinterested. The store is reasonably clean, and fairly well organized. The clothing all has a strange smell — not sure what they wash them with or if they just spray them with cheap perfume to hide any«dirty clothing» smells? The smell can give me a headache by the time I leave the store though. I do find gems here from time to time that are worth the price, but I don’t think I’ve ever left this store with more than one or two things per visit.

Stopped in hoping to score some wooden rackets, not so much. This place is kept very well organized for such a big shop. Service is friendly y se habla ingles.

I don’t shop here but I donate items here because it is close to where I live. The staff are usually rude and not at all helpful. I have donated many times and often large amounts of stuff but they will never help me get the items from my car to the store. This last time I donated 3 large bags of clothes and household items. When I brought in the last bag the woman in the donation center said, «Is that all?» and rudely pushed the donation form in front of me to fill out. I felt like they were doing me a favor. Next time, I’ll donate to some other organization.

This Goodwill is far enough away from Santa Cruz to be just beyond the grubby reach of UCSC hipster’s road bikes & bus passes. But close enough for me & my gas guzzling SUV to make frequent visits too. This is the most non-picked over Goodwill I have ever seen! Once found a brand new pair of We Who See heels for 4 dollars which were retailing at Urban Outfitters for 60+ dollars at the time! Can you say ‘Come up!’?
