I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PAYLESS CARPET! I am very dissatisfied with the job done. The sales man I spoke with was fine in the beginning but the job was executed very poorly. I had linoleum installed, and there are many issues that were never resolved. The installers ripped the linoleum, marked their measurements with pen, which I could not remove, and there are multiple seams in places were there should have been one. Also, there is bubbling in the linoleum, which I mentioned to the contractors and was simply disregarded. I was even told to just go down to my local hardware store to buy a solvent to remove the pen marks on my brand new linoleum, a problem I should not be responsible to fix. Finally after none of the problems had been resolved, I made one last effort to let the poorly completed job be known to the original salesman I spoke with. I phoned the gentleman and let him know that I was a dissatisfied customer and of the problems that still existed, and I was given not even a single apology. I felt that he was not even listing and that his attitude was that the job was paid for and he could care less, he had no answers or solutions for me, very unprofessional. I highly recommend that you use a different flooring company if you are considering Payless.
