I’m so sad they are closing! I love this place. Would drive 30 mins just to eat their delicious dishes.

I’ve been here a few time and I’m always satisfied… Sure some of the nachos sound weird but I have yet to have one that isn’t yummy. Their micheladas are cool too. Portions are awesome… I usually just split a large nachos of the mean green and mamas spicy pepper with a friend.

I love this place! Their crunchy potato tacos are amazing! This isn’t your typical Mexican restaurant, think mexican plus BBQ. The flavors all mix so incredibly well! I always leave happy after eating here. And the prices are fair. They also keep the place very clean. Warning, nothing you will eat here is healthy. So if you are on a diet, avoid this place ;) but if you love food and love to eat this is the place!

So disappointed in the place! Was hoping for some awesome nachos! The nachos were so plain and way to spicy. When I first received my order it was something completely different so they made a new one. The second one that came out had no meat or anything at all besides a spicy sauce and sour cream. At that point I felt like I could have made a much better nacho plate at home. Ended up costing $ 10 for something so distasteful and unsatisfying! Will never return!

It’s always a great experience when we come to nacho Mama’s everytime we want something delicious and crunchy and my favorite thing a dessert we love to get the sweet potato fries with caramel they never feel they are the best thing ever and I think we will continue to come here for years another thing that is really great is the jalapeño xala I don’t know what they’re called but they are jalapenos and they have cream cheese and bacon you can also get them with chorizo the carne asada nachos have an amazing coleslaw and then fresh picadillo we always get both!

Nacho fat mamas nachos! This place is so hip & trendy inside. unlike most other Watsonville restaurants(sorry Watsonville). It took me some time to figure out what I wanted to eat because they have so many choices that all looked so yummy! I decided on a hard shell taco, mean green/buffalo raging chicken nachos, torta & Mac & cheese.(yeah I was hungry). The taco was tasty but wished the cheese on top was melted. The nachos were flavorful! The torta had generous meat portions and was visually appealing, can’t put my finger on it but somehow didn’t taste as good as it looked. The Mac & cheese was a huge portion! It was tasty and best part. left overs! Hollar! Will I come back again?.. yes!

I should have known better! Had the tacos at a Nacho place. They were very Americanized with cheese and sour cream. The carne asada was bland and the tortillas are the store bought generic white corn. Next time I’ll try the Nachos. And they ran out of red salsa! Who does that?! I did notice they were serving cheladas and those looked awesome! I’ll try one next time.

Best nachos I’ve ever had! Loaded papa has mashed potato and bbq sauce on it. Not something I’d ever expect to be good but it’s craveable! Great staff too! Very friendly and help you modify your nachos however you like :)

Right on the main highway road through Watsonville. Nor fast not slow was the cashier. I ordered modern tacos a la carte that were good on flavor. A little small they were, and a little more costly than the other two Mexican places I tried while I ventured through the area. Restaurant was in decent keep. Good: flavorful tacos. Bad: cost a little more than the other Mexican places in town. Tip: if you frequent, you should get a frequent taco eater card. Overall four stars for the flavor. I might come back when through town.

What a fun place to stop! I brought a group of 15 teenagers, and everyone left happy. I stuck with the nachos, and did not regret my decision. If you get the large order, you can split it between two flavors, which is great. I loved the potato/barbecue flavor… very hearty and filling without being super heavy. The bowls looked great, and the fries were tasty, too.

The best chips ever! No seriously, these chips are amazing. You choose your toppings for these, not so typical, nachos. They are definitely not your mama’s nachos. Creative palate pleasers these nachos are.

This place is a must whenever I’m in the area! It’s definitely worth the drive! It’s the best nachos I’ve had around Santa Cruz. Their nachos are amazinggg and so are their fries! Even though they have a set menu, you can literally customize whatever you want, just let them know! On my first visit here, the guy was very nice to walk us through the menu and give us some recommendations, but he literally told us we can customize it to our liking. He was very patient with us and didn’t rush us. So we got their half and half, nachos’ mamas spicy pepper and their fries with carne asada and an order of an adult quesadilla with carne asada. I wasn’t too impress with their spicy pepper, but loved their carne asada. Tried their mean green on my second visit and that was definitely better than the spicy pepper, but I guess it depends on your taste buds. So far, my favorite is the mean green and their carne asada and would probably just stick to the nachos. I really like that you can pretty much customize it to your liking and that they put their salsa out for you to self serve! Their salsa is amazingg and I love the extra heat it adds to my dish! Definitely coming back.

Came here during work. I’m a bit spoiled from all the Mexican cuisine I get from San Jose and San Diego. I tried their carne asada salad. I thought it was… okay. The meet was more like beef than steak in texture. The marinate was ok. I expected more of their jalapeño slaw. My co-worker got the carne asada nachos thought it was ok at first then better as she kept on eating. She said she’d def return here. Not bad, not great.

visiting from outta town and the Unilocal reviews drew myself and my hubby here. Nice atmosphere and menu ideas. we got the large platter with half nachos with notcho average asada, and then the other half fries with the smokin chicken and cheese. definitely would go here again next time we are around.

Eureka! I have found it! My quest for nachos has finally ended! Lots of choices, on fries or chips. The chips were OUTSTANDING! I don’t know if I’ve ever had chips be so delicious and so durable! The fries were crispy and hot, the toppings were delicious. It might sound cheesy, but I’ll pepper this establishment as nacho ordinary place. Ask anyone who’s bean there.
