Most family run business are questionable. Rainbow carpets on the other hand was fantastic. They were able to give me an appraisal on the spot, brought samples when they came and were able to negotiate with me a fair price. Once scheduled they showed up on time worked extremely hard and met the deadline we agreed apon. Their dedication, experience, showmanship, and pride showed in their everyday work and ultimately in their final product. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but this a+ service from rainbow carpet the family business that treats you like their own. Special thanks to Juan senior and Juan junior

Found a luxury vinyl tile of engineered stone on rainbows website. Unlike empires their website lists prices and their engineered stone was 80% limestone empires was 56%. It was on sale, I called Lisa was knowledgable friendly and easy to work with. I got their professional installation with lifetime warranty. This company will be around. Quality products, exceptional customer service, and experienced installers. Did kitchen both bathrooms and entryway. Really like it. Will use them for rentals and carpet needs in future. Home Depot didn’t carry this product either.

Hugo was very helpful in picking out flooring that was not only the look I wanted but the most functional with my high traffice needs. Tom the installer did a fabuous job in spite of some challenges my subfloor created. It’s a project I hope to not do again for 20 – 30 years, but if I do, I will shop this store again.
