Good beer selection. Food not so good. Kitchen doesn’t look that clean. Bar area also looks dirty. Makes you wonder how clean or sanitary the food is after noticing details in the kitchen bar area. After I ate stomach was hurting. I would not eat there again. not impressed thus far. Other than beer I wouldn’t recommend for dining.

I eat Mexican at least 3 times a week. I’ve been to every spot in town and this is the best by a decent margin. Nice staff and quick service too.

Definite guy hangout!
Still has burritos and ice cream… but they really upgraded the beer on tap selection .ever heard of IDIOT IPA ??? Me neither. but variety is always a turn on

Great deal on very tasty food. I got the 4 tacos for $ 5: chicken, chorizo, al pastor and green chili pork. All were excellent but I liked the al pastor and chorizo the best. My son enjoyed his chicken and bean burrito. So glad
I found this gem of a hole in the wall place. Thanks Unilocal for steering me to a winner while in Watsonville.

Inside a gas station. Their charizo breakfast burrito is excellent. They even use real eggs. Ask for some salsa in the burrito, but be warned it’s a bit spicy.

This is the best, «hole in the wall» Mexican food In town. Inside a small gas station convenient store is a fantastic Mexican taco shop. They are famous for Menudo on weekends, get here early cause the line is long. Whether you want fish tacos or carnitas these guys have it and prepare it great

I love this place! I come here almost everyday for lunch. I always get the pastor super burrito, pastor tacos, or pastor torta! What can I say, they make the best pastor in the Watsonville/​Santa Cruz area. The prices are more than reasonable and the place is very nice and clean inside. The staff is nice and attentive. Don’t let the gas station vibe fool you, this place does beautiful Mexican food right! I have tried almost every place in Watsonville and this place is the most consistent, fresh, and delicious! Don’t forget to get a scoop of Marianne’s Ice Cream at the ice cream bar on the way out!
Side note, I love sour straw candy and Ranch Milk carries a brand of sour straws here that are amazing! I’ve never seen them anywhere, but here. They are way better than the «sour punch’ brand! I recommend the pink lemonade flavor!
Also, cheapest gas in town if you need to fill up. Don’t pass this place up!

Ok this place is so close to home so its very convinient for me.
This review is for the ice cream shop inside and the little restaurant food.
First the ice cream, amazing! its mariannes ice cream! of course its amazing!
The little restaurant inside, i’ve only had the tacos, they were good and tasty.
The service is always friendly, I enjoy coming here there is never a wait for my favorite ice cream! I recommend Horchata, butter pecan, and northern blackberry!
