Employees are awesome always make my sandwich perfect! The only draw back is the owner!!! I was ordering a sandwich and she came to yell at the girl who was making my sandwich telling her to go faster while I was the only customer in their, so i found it rude to disrespect her employee right infront of a customer plus it was rude for me to see that. She needs to mature and respect her employees, some advice if you want to work their, don’t unless she starts to respect her workers.

It’s convenient, and near work. Sandwiches are cheap and ok, the employees behind the glass are friendly too. But this one stinks, why? Standing in line for 10 minutes while the owner(middle-eastern female) sits at a table with another Subway corporate employee obviously not discussing work, while the 1 employee is handling a line of 7 customers. I kept looking over to the owner and employee after about 8 minutes in line, the guy in front of me left out of frustration… I finally broke down after a few minutes and asked the owner: «if she saw she’s loosing customers by the minute, your helpers need some help, i’ve been standing here for nearly 10 min.» She was like, «oh, ok, then goes and helps the gal. It’s Simple disregard for customers and her uppity attitude makes me want her store to fail. I still eat there often, watching her boss her employees around, the employees visibly hate dealing with her breathing down their necks.

For some reason there is like 1000 Subways in Watsonville. I don’t get it but this one is my favorite! I had the best meatball sub here. Everyone is always nice and I’ve never had them butcher a sub but it’s not that difficult when you tell them what to do along the way.

Interesting experience. One day i went in and ordered the breakfast sandwich. Bacon egg and cheese toasted. Easy peasy… RIght? Not. The young woman didn’t understand me. I had to explain repeatedly. until she went and found someone else to take my order. The next time I came in to order the same thing, I was told they no longer offer it.
