Dr. Tepper is a very sick man, and is a predator on his female patients. He is a very sick man. He has relationships with his patients.

My father was diagnosed with Bipolar type I some 30 years ago and had been stable on lithium for many years. Two years ago, his doctor relocated, then a new doctor decided to change his prescriptions to Thorazine, then Seroquel etc… that was the beginning of our nightmare. My father developed Parkinson like symptoms, too weak to walk, needed the assistance of wheelchair sometimes, and depressed. He fell down twice and fractured a rib(his co-ordinations was impaired by meds overdose, Dr. T later told us). Dr. Tepper put forward a new set of medicines for my father, and blood test showed he responded well to the new medications. It took six months to correct and fine tune my dad’s medications. My father is now engaging, walking around easily with a cane! Well, he is in his 80’s. If it wasn’t for the Dr. T, my dad would still be sitting sadly on a couch. *Update to my original post on 9-10-2013, my father has passed on this year from Pneumonia at the hospital. I am grateful that he was able to embrace more from life during his final years.

I have been going to Dr Tepper for years. He is kind, very professional, and very easy to talk to. As a neuropharmacologist, he has a very thorough background on psychiatric drugs — which drugs are most effective for the condition being treated as well as those that could be ineffective or dangerous. Read the review by E.L.(that Unilocal has tagged«Not Recommend») for a very accurate example of Dr T’s abilities.

Dr tepper is a narcissistic physician who has no ability relating to other human beings. He prescribed over 8 different medications for me for a diagnosis of mild depression… I could never reach him by phone or email and he frequently over-booked my appointment time. I would see him two times a week yet he could never remember who I was or what medications I was taking. He constantly talked to me about his fiancée and the troubles they were having in their relationship. So unprofessional. I think I knew more about him thAn he knew about me! PLEASE do not send anyone you care about to him for psychiatric therapy!
