Valley Inn

We were Relocating to the area last year, needed a place to stay for a week at a time to looking at housing. Not knowing the areas to not stay in I looked and the pictures online looked clean and nice. I called as asked if they had unsavory types staying there, the assured me that the place was clean from bad activities. Curtains were in shreds, bed mattress didn’t even match, no laundry or cleaning done not even the sheets daily or any day in that week. We were forced to stay since we paid for the week and could not get out of it with our money back. They did however, come in the place to make sure we didn’t take the microwave, must be a problem there? People traffic all night long, and finally a gang shooting in the parking lot after we left. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

I got there and they wanted to charge $ 20 for a 3 year old kid! The man at reception was a major asshole and so was his wife they were trying to jack up the price because it was wharf to wharf weekend.
When I walked in the reception smelled bad, I can’t even imagine what the rooms looked like, but I know people had their doors open because it was hot in their room. I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this dump!!! I Ended up leaving, thank goodness! !!
I should have read the review before I booked this room!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

NEVER GO TO THE VALLEY INN! — If they are the last place available in town when you’re looking for reservations, then CANCEL YOUR PLANS. No surface is ever cleaned, the management charges your card upfront before you get your room and then refuses to refund… there are worse details to share that I’d rather forget. You are better off sleeping in your car than this disgusting dump. BE WARNED.
Check trip advisor and any other review source if you are still foolish enough to consider.
