I’ve worn belly rings for 10+ years and never had any problems. I ordered a belly ring and earring from this site. I wore the belly ring for 2 hours and one of the balls just fell off. I’ve literally worn belly rings and never ever had this problem. I called them the day I received my order (which was the same day I wore this for not even 2 hours) and they said «stripped balls» are not their responsibility. So glad I wasted money on this sh**ty ring.
I’ve worn rings from the dollar store that were made better.

I ordered some jewelry from Body Sparkle. I was stupid and chose the wrong post length and gauge so I sent the item back for an exchange. Exchanging is really easy. You have to call and request an exchange or refund. I just sent the item back a little note with specifications on the correct post length and gauge. The customer service representative was super kind and understanding. She informed me that there would be a $ 3 shipping and handling charge which is reasonable. I sent the item back and they processed my refund quickly. They send you an invoice for the $ 3 and once you pay it, they ship your exchange out. I found a mistake on my new invoice about my exchange and called customer service to inform them on the mistake. They were able to fix the problem immediately. Again, the customer service representative was super nice. Their customer service is really great.
As for the jewelry, its substantial quality. I was pretty satisfied with the jewelry because this was the only online store that sold what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Overall, the jewelry is pretty great for what you’re paying and the customer service is terrific. I feel like I can go to Body Sparkle with my issues and trust that they’ll be taken care of.

Horrible quality! Two pieces of jewelry that I purchased fell apart as soon as I wore them (one after another, within 3 days) and they argued with me and said it was my fault. Totally unsympathetic and condescending on the phone. She smirked and said she’s the owner of the company — I’m huge on customer service and a fair evaluator of it. No bueno, shop at your own risk.

Wonderful — and speedy — customer service.
I love sparkly industrial earrings, and they have a very wide selection. They also have some unique options, like corkscrews, which I always get comments on.
I periodically lose the balls on the end of my industrial earrings, and it is nice to be able to buy replacements. It is a cheaper option than buying an entirely new earring, and then I don’t have to needlessly throw away the rest of a perfectly good earring!
The replacement balls I normally use are not listed on their replacement list online, but I was able to order them via phone. The woman I spoke with (Katie) was very helpful, and when the price came up incorrectly, she gave me free shipping even though my order was just under $ 25.

I have ordered jewelry from BodySparkle a couple of times over the years. They have a massive inventory and lots of unique designs that you won’t find anywhere else. I think the only type of jewelry you won’t find there are the ones for dermal piercings.
The delivery has always been on time, if not speedy. Love that they have free shipping on any orders above $ 25, not to mention that their customer service will rock your socks off (I received a stainless steel top ball for a navel jewelry when I ordered a jeweled one, and instead of having to ship back the navel ring, they just sent me two jeweled top balls (instead of just the one I need) WITHIN AN HOUR, no charge to me). Their return policy is well within reasonable grounds as well.
Will definitely be doing business with BodySparkle again whenever I need additional jewelry, I am one satisfied customer!
