We have extra family living with us and decided to build out a bedroom for the two little girls. I called Carpets 4 U on Friday, spoke directly to Tim and he came out on Monday to do the measurements. Tim gave me a very fair price to carpet the bedroom and by Wednesday, the carpet was in. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. We are all very happy with our carpet purchase. Tim Atkins is a great guy and Carpets 4 U is an awesome company. We will use them again for sure!

Good luck ever receiving a call back from these people. The only time I’ve called and got somebody interested in the conversation is when I spoke with a manager, and in a funny accent, told them I was having a hard time finding the place, and that I was supposed to carpet their showroom today.

What a great company. I didn’t have a lot of time to get the measurements done, so Tim came out himself and gave me a better price and product than all the competitors in the area. From now on I’m just going straight to them and not waste my time shopping for a price.

Had them do a couple repairs for me. Labor only so they weren’t going to get rich but came out on time, for the quoted price, and did a good job.
Much better than the place down the street who wouldn’t even quote it.

Warning… buyer beware… warning. Chose Carpets 4 U instead of Luna, Empire and Home Depot in our attempt to support the small local bisiness. Purchased an upgraded carpet for our entire 2nd floor and stairs. What was actually installed was the «cheaper» carpet — same exact color but much less dense. Not sure if they thought I would not notice the difference — but I did. They insisted that it was the one we decided on. The invoice stated otherwise — clearly written was the product number of the one we chose (the denser carpet) — they had indeed ordered the «wrong» carpet (intentionally???) In order for us to have the carpeting that we originally chose and paid for we would have to pay extra $$$$. WHAT??? We decided not to drag this out in the legal system and settled with a small refund even though we were totally in the right.
