Incompetent is the nicest word I can think of when describing Fidelitone. I have received numerous redundant calls to schedule the same appointment. I am at the mercy of 24 hour notices for 2 hour delivery windows and now, in the latest instance a scheduled delivery has«disappeared» from their system and they are claiming they never called or spoke with me when I have a record of both. Assuming scheduling goes according to plan, look forward to delivery staff will no remote command/understanding of the English language. Not broken English, literally no understanding of basic greetings, questions or comments. Simply put, this is a broken company.

Terrible yet again. I called this morning to confirm my ETA, they said between 1 and 3 with half hour notice. It’s past 3 and the driver still haven’t called. I’ve called the dispatched twice now and they say they can’t get ahold of the driver. Worst delivery experience yet.
