I enjoy coming to Dr. Craig’s calm and relaxing office. Her hygienist was kind and gentle, and Dr. Craig is thorough and conscientious. Many of my friends go here, too, and I have heard nothing but good things!

Called for urgent visit after breaking a tooth. Had not been to dentist in Des Moines since moving back a few years ago (my fault). They got me in with Dr. Johnson next day, had a great experience with all the staff from front office to dental assistant to Dr. Johnson. In 2 hours from check in to check out I have a new crown and no pain or hassle. Would recommend to anyone.

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in over 8 years. Was super nervous to even go to be chewed out for not going. Boy was I wrong. I chose Craig dental cos how close it is to home. She is super nice as well as the rest if the staff. And the 3 appts I had to go to to get all my work done was painless. I will definitely be going back in 6 months. Not 6 years.

In September I took my dentures into Craig a Dental to have them lined before a trip to NC in October. It turned into a nightmare that is currently going on at this time.
When I got my dentures back I could not chew a thing, they did not fit my mouth. They sent them back. Same thing. This cost me $ 425.00 and insurance paid $ 425.00. The dentist offered to build me a complete set of upper dentures archer cost. I agreed because I had no other options at that time. Making a long story short the new dentures do not fit. They are all GUM. I look like a horse. I cannot chew with them, I whistle when I talk, and drool. A tooth broke in the front of the dentures and it cost $ 250.00 to have it replaced. I would not recommend her to da any dental work at all
