Great service! They do great work and actually care about the customer. Ron really puts your car first and he cares more about quality work and helping than making money. Also they take care of military. I take my CRV in when there are problems and they give me the complete run down on whats wrong and what my options are. I brought my vehicle in for power steering issues. They had fixed the same problem earlier and replaced the pump and line, so I thought everything was still under warranty. It turned out that part of the problem was that I was using the wrong power steering fluid and this essentially voided my warranty. However, the manager was kind enough to honor it anyway. He installed new parts and only charged me for labor. That definitely saved me some major bucks and bought my loyalty. Top notch service!

First off, let’s start off with this.
I’m mechanically inclined. I like to do my own repairs. That said, if it’s something I don’t want to do in a cold garage in the winter, genuinely don’t know how to do something or don’t have ability limited by tools/​a lift, I’ll take it here.
I refuse to trust anyone else with my cars, period. If it’s not me working on them, it’s Tim and his boys. They’re top notch. Flawless work, amazing prices and quick turnarounds no matter what.

I came here because I got a groupon for a Oil change, tire roation, and new wiper blades for 20 bucks or something. I noticed my blades were like shredding and groupon shined down on me with a place to do it for me that wasnt in the middle of chicago. So i called this moring got an appointment for 9 and went on over. They guy was nice and he took my info and had =Regis and Kelly on. Which I apperciate because I hate when people have like this old house or some other show that I know most people dont watch. Not that Regis and Kelly is super awesome but I find for 9am tv it can be entertaining. Anywho oh yea and I got to get out of work for this. In about 20 30 mins they were done but he said my tires were good in the front and shouldnt be rotated… Ok then. I started to think maybe they should do somthing else then but couldnt think of what. Plus Im no car expert. So i took my keys back and tested my new blades with excitement. Overall not so bad.
