Jeff was very informative and patient on the telephone and provided the best remedy and method of fixing my issue. There was no runaround or deceptive demeanor at all. This company should pride themselves in the way that they deal with potential customers because not many companies can say the customer comes first. If your looking for an IT company that will straight shoot with you, this is the one I will recommend. The hold time was non existent and there wasn’t numerous prompts to direct you to the right department. I had all the answers to my questions within minutes.
