I’ve been a member for years, and after being a member of a few fitness centers in my life, I can tell you this one offers a fantastic value for a low monthly fee. Clean and well-maintained facility, great selection of machines and free weights with a great sweeping view of the park, as well as fitness classes, sauna and steam room. They also have private and semi-private fitness coaches available. Love it here!

We attended the recent open house and were very impressed with the facility.
After talking it over, we decided to take advantage of the «Plus One» membership.
We felt it is an excellent and well laid out facility for about the same price as those somewhat dreary strip mall fitness clubs.

My mom and dad are members at the gym here. I could not wait to see them work out since they never did when I was growing up but now in retirement they are taking care of themselves so that’s a good thing. When I visited last month we all went to the gym on a Tuesday. I did not know what to expect but their gym blew me away! I was jealous that they have a gym so nice and all I have is LA Fitness lol. When we walked in there was a Rock Climbing Wall so my eyes lite up right away then we went to the indoor track. It was so nice and the location was upstairs in a gymnasium where the city has basketball games. The rest of the gym was state of the art and very clean. I can’t wait to visit them again just so I can go to the gym.
