The manager Milly decided to stop serving breakfast 15 minutes early with about 15 customers left standing in line. When confronted about it she was very rude to me and other customers. I then asked her where her name tag was and it was a bad example to be setting for other employees and she kept pointing at the wall plaques and said her name was up there. I told her she was obligated to wear a name tag and she replied«What if I forgot? «Her shirt was also untucked and she had a cigarette hanging out of her shirt pocket in plain view of the customers. I will never visit this location again. My family of 5 didn’t get breakfast because a manager was unprepared for Labor Day and very rude.
