i had an accident on january 2 with a state farm customer. i have not heard from them on anything. the adjuster was supposed to collect data and do a site evaluation. nothing, nothing, nothing! it’s been almost six weeks and nobody knows anything. state farm is like a bad neighbor, period. don’t ever do business with them and definitely don’t insure your car through them! worthless!
