Went back out of curiosity rather than because I was hungry, and I left wondering how is it that this dump is allowed to stay open. Among what my wife ordered were some beans, which were spoiled, mine’s were too. I ordered a busted a la Mexicana, and got grilled meat, nowhere what I ordered. I told the waitress that was not what I had ordered, she stated that’s the way the did it in this place. In 3 words THISPLACESUCKS !!! Again, the only reason I’m giving it 1 star is so I can get my review in. Save yourself a bad time and money and stay away from this dump.

Not really the cleanest place i’ve been to, but hey you can’t go too wrong with Mexican(unless you do). I have to say this isn’t the greatest place to go to for Mexican food, price wise, and quality wise, plus you get canned soda and pre-made horchata. That is as whack as you can get with Mexican, but hey it’s not as bad as Taco Bell, i’ll give it that. One word: TINYTACOS. Really? I’ve noticed they love to compensate by placing to tortillas and a ton of beef(or whatever you’ve ordered) but they trick you into purchasing more so you can be full because the size of the taco is pretty small. I guess this would be a good place to go to if you’re really lazy to cook. Meh.

I had the biggest craving for a tamale. So my husband and I go searching for a place that sells them. We weren’t able to find a spot, so we settled for Los Comales. It is directly behind PayLess on McAree Rd. When entering, I was caught on how big the restaurant was. Its very room and bright. We came around lunch hour. It was not busy at all. I thought that it would be a bit of people, but it was not at all. Service was awesome. I loved our waitress. She was very polite and always came by the right time. The food was pretty good. We ordered fried fish. It was delicious. We also ordered chile rellenos, which was humangous in size, and tasted okay. I especially liked that there was an assortment of spicy jalepenos, carrots, anad cauliflower to eat along with your meal. I ordered a pina colado. I recommend that drink to anyone who goes there, it was YUMMY! The glass was a bit small though. I paid $ 6. My husband ordered beers which were $ 3/each. My overall experience was alright. The place was clean, the waitress was pleasant, the drinks were awesome. The food was ok. I didn’t think my chile relleno plate was worth $ 10.
