Arby’s

It’s Arby’s can I say anymore.
Good food and nice atmosphere.
Service fast and friendly with hot food.

I had a hankerin’ for some roast beef… the kind that comes with Arby’s Sauce and curly fries. This is the only one that I remember seeing and since I had successfully eaten everything in the fridge, so I wouldn’t come back to a science experiment after Christmas, I decided to go and get some dinner. First of all, I don’t know what it was, but the menu was difficult to see (in the drive thru) and the screen display was not working either. Normally I wouldn’t be upset about that part, except that when I ordered, the lady on the other end said something that I couldn’t understand, so I said my order again. Had the display been working, I may have been able to see that the lady rang up the wrong order instead of what I had ordered.
So here is what grinds my gears, I repeated my order twice and while I know a lot of Arby’s may not have the Super Roast Beef sandwich on the menu or even on their cash registers as someone usually has to help the person taking the order figure out how to ring it up, they usually know what it is and how to make it. What did I get? A regular roast beef sandwich… a good thing I asked for extra Arby’s Sauce otherwise I would have had a dry, heartburn sandwich. The thing is that I didn’t know I had gotten the wrong thing until I got home because I didn’t get a receipt. My curly fries were a bit stale/​cold as well. And no that wasn’t after I got home… I am one of those people that cannot resist a fry or two at the stoplight as I make my way home.
I will have to find another Arby’s to satisfy the craving every now and then because, even though it is a highly underrated sandwich, the Super Roast Beef is my sandwich of choice and if I can’t have it, what’s the point?
