I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! I’ve been to plenty of bw3s and this has got to be he most unorganized and slowest ever. We waited 20 mins for 2 beers and a lemonade — the lemonade was $ 2.50! Our food took almost 45 mins. I can’t believe how much the prices have gone up. For a party of 3 — small orders of wings, 2 beers, and a lemonade — $ 65! I can’t believe how they charge for celery, carrots, and dipping sauce. Brought me another ranch without asking, nice gesture — but I was charged. Will not return here ever when there are far more superior wings at bar and grills with deals and better service. Be warned people.

It seems busy every time I go in here. Friendly staff, good service, great wings. Servers are friendly, managers are attentive and willing to stop by your table to see how your visit is going. I was really impressed with the Grilled Cheese in the new«Cheese» sampler, it’s awesome! Had a great experience as usual! Keep up the good work BDubs!

The only reason I come here still is that my co-workers drag me here. The wings are now 65 cents each. The lemonade is something like $ 2.50…yes, $ 2.50 for some sugar, water and lemon juice in a plastic cup! Surveys for free wings are now gone and they will nickel and dime you to death on everything. Want an extra dipping sauce? 65 cents please. Celery? 65 cents please. Another trick is that that waitress will be like«oh, I brought you an extra dipping sauce». Then you look at the bill and it was added without my asking… seriously? One person takes your order, then a completely different person delivers you the food, not knowing who gets what. Seriously? Why? Then there’s a guy I call the«wing evangelist» that hawks the various«services» the restaurant has to offer going from table to table… this guy can’t even punch my lunch card. Why is he there? Then for their lunch specials they don’t tell you how many wings you get anymore… ones a snack size and for $ 1.50 you can upgrade to the«normal» size. What is snack and what is normal and why do I have to guess? Why don’t you give us the number of wings anymore? This place needs a serious reboot on staffing and prices.

Stopped in in the day after Christmas to take my daughter out for her birthday. We had a large party(10 people) and were told the wait would be 25 – 35 minutes. After waiting 10 – 15 minutes they asked if we would like to sit at high top tables in the bar. We declined a we had several small kids with us. About 40 minutes in I asked how much longer we would be waiting. The young guy at the host station sighed, rolled his eyes and said he was just waiting for a large group to leave. At that time there were 2 booths back to back. I asked if we could sit at those but the host said they could only sit 4 in a booth. The little kids in our group could have easily sat between two adults. So we waited longer. While waiting for our table the manager came over to the host station. She talked to the three employees standing around but never to us. The host complained that he offered us tables at the bar but we didn’t want them. The manager sounded annoyed by this but NEVER said a peep to us. Finally after an hour wait we were seated. Our service was acceptable and the food was average. I like Buffalo Wild Wings however I will never go to this location with a large group ever again.

My bf, his friends and I frequently visit this location. On Sunday my bf and I went alone and were seated, after about fifteen minutes of waiting, noone came to our table, so I got up and informed the manager. She sent a waitress over right away. At first when she came over I was a little upset still but she was so incredibly nice and my mood changed quickly. We ordered our food right away and they offered us free chips and salsa but by the time we got our food we decided we did not want that anymore so we declined. They said instead we could have a free dessert which won my boyfriends heart immediately. Then the manager Brian came over and gave us some testers and fries and chit chatted with us for a while. We walked out perfectly happy. Thank you so much for this experience turning it into a wonderful instead of dreadful one.

My wife and I stopped in on a Monday night to grab some tasty wings and be entertained by the multitude of sports on the many TVs here. We were entertained, even with a rolling blackout that knocked out all of the games for a few minutes, but we were less than impressed by the wings. I know this is a chain, but wow was I disappointed. I ordered sauced wings and dry rubbed wings. The wings came out hot, to which I give credit where it’s due. Unfortunately, the sauced wings had very little sauce on them. What was there was decently flavored. Of the dry rubbed wings I received only 1 was decently seasoned. My final comment on the wings is that I’m disappointed with the way they are ordered these days. What happened to ordering a number of wings? I get that the restaurant can better assess costs if they create orders by weight, but we as patrons have no idea what we’re getting when we order a «snack» or «large» order of wings. It would be nice to know, just sayin. We also ordered drinks: a beer for me and a Moscow Mule for my wife. The Mule was tiny, but so is my wife so she didn’t complain. The beer selection is weak. I get that they’re a chain but this is also SE Wisconsin. 10 different light, domestic macros is not really living up to the Beer, Wings, Sports marketing schtick here in SE Wisconsin. For the price, I was disappointed. For the atmosphere, it’s hard to find another place with so many TVs and attentive staff.
