I was stunned and felt strangely under-dressed when I entered this beautiful restaurant for lunch today. Excellent food, friendly service. Not a fast food experience, more of a hang out and enjoy the meal type experience, and why wouldn’t you want that with such a beautiful place and great food! The café is part of the larger organization, La Casa de Esperanza, whose mission is to provide opportunities for low-income individuals to achieve full social and economic participation in society, with emphasis on the Hispanic population. Yay!
