Just moving back to Wisconsin from California, I was searching for an honest automotive repair shop to fix my heat, since we are in the dead of winter, without being taken for a ride. When I called the gentleman on the phone was super friendly and got me in the next morning.
The shop recently moved from my understanding, to this new facility. The waiting room is pretty decent for an automotive shop. Both gentlemen at the counter were super friendly, in fact, the one who set my appointment was one of them, and we had a nice chat about my move before we got down to what was going on with my car.
What I like most about this place is they didn’t talk to me like I was some stupid woman, they talked to me with respect and kindness.
They called me the same day about what was happening with my car, and to much surprise, when they told me how much it was going to cost, I thought they were kidding! Even my mom thought I was paying one of my friends to do the work the price was so good!
Affordable prices, great service, and friendly faces. That is what keeps customers coming back. My dad was right about this place and I will continue to take my car there as well as refer anyone who asks to CJ Automotive.
