Dairy Queen Brazier

We waited at the ordering sign for well over 5 minutes before someone took our order. The girls working the drive thru window were rude and acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. They messed our order up THREE times! We will not be returning customers.

They dont actually serve food until they close! They turn the grill off at least ½ hour before they close. They should just close if you can’t order everything on the menu! Or, tell these idiots they work later than they close. The kids that work there are always rude, blizzards are dripping out of cups, every single time I go, there is ice cream dripping from over filled cups. Unfortunately, it is one of the few places to get ice cream, not custard, so we go anyway. If there was another dq anywhere close, we would go somewhere else.

DQ is known for soft serve ice cream and ice cream cakes. Ice cream is always delicious and they even have chocolate! A lot of DQ’s don’t have chocolate so kudos to them!
I often read harsh reviews about people having way to high expectations of restaurants. People you need to remember where you are! You can’t go to the Olive Garden and complain that you had better pasta in Italy! DUH!

Staff was very happy while helping us and this time had the cookie dough pieces so the bf was happy to order his favorite blizzard! Ice cream cake freezers looked spectacular!

I am constantly disappointed by the customer service and food quality at my local dairy queen. There is a middle-​aged woman with short dark hair who is very rude. She seems to work the drive thru quite often. At least the high school kids are nice. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and for the third time I was told they were out of sour cream. They told me this after I paid for it otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered. No one wants a dry quesadilla. It has no flavor otherwise so the sour cream really helps. I also ordered a kids meal. They asked me what kind of sauce I wanted and for the second time, didn’t give it to me. I’m not going there anymore. The food is terrible and there are a million other places to get ice cream. Just thought you should know that the location on Racine Ave. Waukesha WI 53 186 is pretty bad in both quality and service.
