Nope, nope, nope, nope, never again.
Booked this hotel on Expedia Unpublished rates– the only «bad» one I have ever gotten.
–Getting into it was a nightmare at night. Winding roadways around it make it impossible to get into unless you know your way around! (This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it was annoying)
— Older, not particularly clean looking, very worn down.
— Sketchy vibe to the area, including the side entrance we took to our room
— Our hotel room card didn’t work
— We went and got another, that one didn’t work
— We had to go and get the front desk staff, Turns out we had to «shove» the door open. Oh… kay.
— Some people were being very loud, trying to break into the pool from the outside. (I believe they succeeded.)
–Small rooms. Not very well maintained.
— Check in took forEVER.
Not the place I wanted to stay after a long day of driving. Will NOT stay again. Avoid!

This place is lucky it got one star. This hotel is a joke. First when we got here they give us our room number and it isn’t even clean. Then the maids are talking bad about the management (should have been out first clue to run). The shower head spins and soaks the floor no joke had to use three towels to clean up the water everyday. There is no way to fix it (we tried changing the angle, the curtain etc.) We resulted in showering with the shower head against the wall and ducking into the water. The vending machines are completely empty and say «will not give refunds» because they know it gets stuck and steals your money. We had to switch keys 4 times because they randomly stopped working. The list goes on and on. Don’t stay here!!! Find somewhere else! Corporate needs to come check
Out how this place is running and make a lot of adjustments. Good luck if you do try to stay here.

The room is exactly what one should expect for this price in Michigan or Wisconsin. No frills, lame TV selections and mild noise from kids and large groups. I didn’t have breakfast, (my choice), and luckily my vehicle was not the one with a window broken out over night. It is an acceptable place to bed down, but do NOT come here if you are expecting any level of glitz. This ain’t no Holiday Inn Express. It’s a $ 60 a night room.
