Scott’s Creative Trenz

Went in to visit Scott with a broken prong on a marquis-​styled ring and with some drawings and ideas for a pendant redesign. It’s hard to find or trust a jeweler and Scott easily earned my business for life!
Scott is patient, caring, and sincere, and truly loves his job.
He looked at my ring and explained what needed to be done for repair. He also alerted me that the stone had damage-​cracks but he would do his best. When he received the parts he started working on the ring and during the process broke the stone. He called me immediately and told me the unfortunate news and said that he had another stone on order at his expense. When I got the ring back it was perfect, and the stone is of much better quality than I previously had.
Scott and I looked in books and online for ideas for the pendant I want to redesign. Even though I had my heart set on some designs he told me the honest truth about the flaws in the designs and produced a design that will not only be beautiful, it will last for years, and it will be reasonable! He added higher quality stones at a discount & gave me a very good price on old/​unworn jewelry.
Even though I haven’t presented the payment yet and the project is on hold, I’m very excited to get the piece completed. I can’t wait to work with Scott again!
