Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich, turkey sandwich, beer cheese soup, Black and Tan coffee, sea salt toffee mocha and chicken nacho. My best friend worked here. So sad to see this place close.

This is my go-to sandwich place. Best BLT I’ve ever had. I love that they have outdoor seating in the summer. Everything I’ve had at Sprizzo has been delicious. Their pasta salad is incredible as well.

Very nice staff. The cod sandwich and other fish specials on Fridays are delicious. The hummus appetizer is a real steal too — yum! Free pretzels to munch on at the bar! I love coming here during the week for lunch.

Laid back place. Perfect for drinks or coffee. Food was really good. Can’t wait to try their Bloody Mary bar!

Very nice coffee shop located in the heart of downtown Waukesha. Great place to grab a bite, the locals say the nachos are amazing. I just stopped in for a caffeine fix and some free WIFI. The White chocolate mocha with whip cream was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The only negative to the space is the lack of outlets for laptops etc. Great place to meet up with friends or to have a impromptu meeting.

Big fan of this place — the addition of the outdoor seating was a great choice by the company for two reasons — allowing more people to eat in this lovely establishment when the weather permits and allowing us to enjoy the sites and sounds of downtown from the artsy patio. I love the daily specials and the servers are always cheery and ready to help you out. The selection on the menu is great and the fancy mayos are my favorite — go for the dill mayo — you won’t be disappointed.

This tends to be the go to spot for me and my colleagues at work to go to. And today, was the first time I got to check out their patio! I love eating outdoors! Anyway today(Friday) they had plenty of fish options: Cod Chowder, Cod Salad, and a Baked Cod Sandwich. The Cod Chowder sounded delicious, so I decided to go with the half Caesar Salad and cup of Cod Chowder. I also tried out their Pomegranate Lemonade. Today was my favourite lunch that I have had there! The Pomegranate Lemonade had the right amount of tartness to sweetness ratio and was perfect for sitting outside. The dressing on the Caesar Salad has a hint of lemon in it. Not sure if they make their own or buy it in a bottle, but I’d kind of like the recipe or to buy it because it is delicious. The hint of lemon lightens it up a bit and makes it less rich, while it maintains its creaminess. And the Cod Chowder… wow! My favourite soup of theirs by far! Besides the Cod, there are nice chunks of potatoes. It is creamy, with a hint of spice. And… I think I could taste a very slight bit of cumin… maybe… regardless, it was a delightful addition and really made it better than your average chowder. Now if they could only have Cod Chowder every time I go…

I don’t know… our breakfast experience was disappointing. I doubt their food is from scratch. I think everything is microwaved. I’m sure there was a time when this place was on it’s «A» game, but today…

This place is a real laid back, awesome vibe place to meet up with people for some coffee or bar or food. Not a lot of vegan options but the coffees can be made vegan and its reasonable so it helps. Prices are pretty reasonable and the food and drinks are very good tasting. My only grip is the service can be slow and the vegan choices are few and far between.

Stopped this morning for coffee. My wife had a chi latte. We shared some cranberry nut bread and a yogurt parfait Everything was excellent. We were especially impressed with our server. He did a great job, very pleasant and helpful. Prices were very reasonable, everything clean and well organized. Soft music great atmosphere.

We went to Sprizzo last night to enjoy dinner and hear some great jazz music(Jeannine Rivers Trio was performing). Dinner was excellent! At our table: «special of the day» Maple Bacon Turkey sandwich(delicious!), beer cheese soup(good, but slightly spicer than expected), French Dip(yum!), crab and artichoke quesadilla(very tasty), and an assortment of desserts. Everything was delicious and had us raving — well, except for the bread pudding. Okay, perhaps I’m a bit of a bread pudding snob as I lived in New Orleans for many a year, but, the bread pudding left us all feeling a bit disappointed(dry, not much taste). The décor of the place is fantastic — decorated with art from local artists. We actually contemplated purchasing a fantastic mirror placed in the bathroom! Overall, great experience — and should we find ourselves back in the ‘Sha again soon, we will certainly visit for«Round Two» of menu sampling!

Nice cute, clean café. They have a gated patio for spring/summer and an upstairs room for meetings(very nice). Food options are great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’ve had their St. Patty’s special last year(reuben sandwich and some sides), which was done well! And I want to say it was around $ 10, which I thought was great for being a special. Lately, I’ve had their salads, which are huge, but reasonably priced and really good. They also have some great desserts if you’re just thinking coffee and a dessert. They do serve beers(I want to say New Glarus is on tap) and wine. On weekend they have live music or open mic. Also, I’ve seen that they have Gluten Free bakery goods; I haven’t tried them, but I’ve heard people say there are only a few options in Waukesha, so that is nice. All in all, this is a great local Waukesha café; I totally recommend it! Also, there is street parking and a public parking lot around the corner(actually around both the southeast corner and one street north).

I can see that it might be a good lunch spot, or a good spot to have a drink and listen to the live music they apparently have on Thursdays, but unfortunately I went for dinner on a Wednesday. The first thing I noticed was that it was way too brightly lit. The server didn’t know what beers were available and didn’t offer to find out until we asked her to. I had the hummus sandwich and ate just a few bites as the hummus seemed off. The salt and pepper shakers were completely empty.

Had a good time here tonight. I had the beef and mushroom melt and it was pretty good. My wife had the turkey and artichoke sandwich an was very pleased with it. She also had the mushroom soup and gave me a taste. We both thought it was excellent. If you can go on a Thursday night like we did. There is a very lovely talented girl who plays piano and sings. It is a real treat.

Cuteness in a big cup. Sprizzo was quite the quaint spot for a digestif. There happened to be a duo covering tunes of yore, and they perfectly accompanied my bowl-sized cup of steaming Americano. I savored every sip as I enjoyed the dimmed, romantic surroundings. This restaurant bar is a lovely choice for a date night on a Saturday. Besides the intimate feel that evokes thoughts of your sweetheart, there are plenty of homemade sweets to satisfy your sweet tooth. Try the oatmeal cake that is dense, moist, and nutty, with a surprise of coconut flaky goodness on top. There are oversized soft cookies, donut coffee cake, and many other treats to complement your beverage of choice. There is a sugary treasure waiting for everyone that stops by Sprizzo. It is the perfect end to the day.

Love Sprizzos!!! The staff is friendly and makes you feel like your family after a few short visits! The soups are made from scratch and they offer a lettuce wrap of the day for those who are gluten-free or looking for no carbs!

We had a nice experience here. I had a standard deli sandwich on a tasty marble rye with some good iced tea and coffee. The atmosphere is cute. There wasn’t anything super awesome to write about, but nothing was bad either. I’d come back for sure.

Great food. I really liked the artichoke dip and beer cheese soup. They occasionally have music too.
