This company went SO far above and beyond for me I can’t say enough good things about them. Amazing customer service to the point where I was in tears I was so impressed. I’ve moved to at least 4 different states, and used all the big movers, and this one by far exceeded my expectations. Specifically Howard Verburgt — Warehouseman Muge Smith — Customer Service Rep. Thanks you all from the bottom of my heart.

Suddath(Barrett) recently handled my move from Milwaukee to Kansas City, Mo. I would say if you have to relocate don’t hesitate to contact Suddath. The pricing is reasonable, I found all the staff to be professional, efficient and timely. The packers handled my things with care; my fine china arrived in tact. The office staff followed up often to check in on me and answer any questions. The added plus was the guys who picked up my belongings were the same guys who delivered them to my Kansas City home. It was the least stressful part of my move. Now who can unpack! !

Barrett Moving was one of two United moving companies used to move into WI. The poor customer service began when we made the initial contact with the manager of the customer service group to determine a move date. We needed a quick turn around due to our circumstance, but we failed to hear from this person in a timely manner. We then turned to our local United moving company to help arrange the move. They worked with us and Barrett to determine a date. On the day of the move the movers told us they would be delivering the load earlier than what was agreed to because a delivery change with the other load on the truck. Eventually our contact at Barrett notified us that the delivery time had been moved back to the previous agreed to time. On the day of delivery, Barrett did not provide the third man to help with the move nor was there any way to get a hold of our contact to discuss this. Everything was fine until we got our bill. On there was close to a $ 400 charge for the time the movers waited at the destination. We spoke to our contact to which we were told that we were responsible for the change. We then contacted the person responsible for my husband’s company’s account who at least seem to take an interest. He talked it over with our main contact and the manager, but they determined this charge was still our responsibility. I have a call into the manager to figure out how I can avoid this type of change in the future, and I have yet to hear from him. Unfortunately given our entire experience I cannot recommend Barrett given the lack of customer service and attention to our move. —- Our move occurred over a year ago and I never did hear back from the manager.
