My 22 year old Carrier furnace (installed by Tom’s) experienced a bad inducer motor assembly (very expensive). Tom’s installed a new one to get me going but offered to eat the part and service call if I had a new furnace installed later. I priced every other option and their deal was the best. The install was flawlessly executed by one of Tom’s sons in record time and everything was left neat and clean. Any time I have needed service from them they were available ASAP. Yes I am writing a «glow in the dark» review because they deserve it. Honesty, integrity, highly skilled, fair priced and a leading award winning Carrier dealer — everything you could hope for delivered every time.

A great service from start to finish. Tom provided professional responses to all my inquires about purchasing the best carrier furnace that carrier offers to residential homes. I will continue to use them to perform my annual checks on my new equipment due to their knowledge of carrier systems.

What can I say about a company that gave me heat on a zero degree day? They came out the same day called. Their telephone rep (I am sorry but did not hear her name) called twice to keep me informed. Kevin and Tom drove to my house in Milwaukee from Waukesha during a snowstorm to fix my furnace. They were very nice and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. This company goes above and beyond. Good old fashioned customer service and trust me it is appreciated.
