I downloaded the Unilocal app again on my new phone just so I could write this review. If you are looking for a pharmacy please do not consider this pharmacy until they get their act together. Since I have had my newborn I have had nothing but horrendous service from them. Twice I was told that I needed to go and pick up my prescription but when I arrived they said they are sorry my prescription is out of stock and I need to come back next day at end of day. Mind you, these are antibiotics I needed to be on asap. No apology, explanation or anything. Now. I have a NEWBORN. So getting out of the house is a rarity in itself. Then. When I came back the pharmacist,(who was an older lady), helped 4 customers in line and 5 drive thru cars before helping me. These were customers that arrived there after me who were older. I am by no means young. I’m 30, but these individuals were middle aged. I had to wait over 1hr20 minutes and the techs kept apologizing to me. I had my scripts in hand but couldn’t leave until she decided it was time to come over and read me the directions that were printed right there on the page. Like I can’t read! No explanation other than reading the label verbatim etc. No apology, just very smug. Two individuals that came after me went up to the front of the line and said they want to speak to a manager. They were just as mad as I was and they were there 30 minutes less! I opted not to take 2 prescriptions and told them to restock them so I don’t get numerous phone calls. Since then I have received three voicemails telling me my scripts are ready. You have got to be kidding. I will never use this pharmacy again. They need a lot of work in customer service and organization.

The way the pharmacy department is staffed has been really detrimental to the customer experience outcome and i’m not sure if it’s because they are hiring a younger immature crowd but the last time my fiancé ordered a perscription we were told and recorded that the perscription was on hand ANDAVAILABLE by a certain time and date. We went with the expectation that it would be there as we were reported, but when we showed up and asked the red headed girl behind the counter said that they wouldn’t have it until two days later while trying to hold back a chuckle. I would expect more from someone who just receive a college education but then again looking at the red headed girl I am not surprised, considering the staff… Very unprofessional, and it’s all their fault for giving us a inaccurate answer. That is how you KILL patients! Other things that have caused me to bring the tally down on the rating is the fact that some of their merchandise appears to be tampered with. Last time I purchased activated charcoal I discovered(after I recovered from food poisoning) that the seal was missing and someone had already taken about 7 – 8 pills from the bottle. And last time I walked in the middle of a conversation by two employees talking about something distasteful and rude in their personal lives. No greeting, no nothing, just walked right by them. I don’t expect much but there is a high lack of professionalism here that needs to be delegated A.S.A.P.
