CEO Brent is serious about building the company, operating ethically, and putting clients’ needs first.
Not sure why or how, but our special one window order from March, 2015 got lost or had problems being both manufactured and then installed in a timely way. (Change in personnel in Milw. area??)
The bottom line is that he would do anything to satisfy a frustrated customer. I don’t doubt the quality of the workmanship, but the extent that he went to make sure the manufacture and installation took place satisfied us. He was fair, adjusted the price, and probably lost $$ keeping us happy, but that is what a good business needs to do to stay in business and grow.
We’re pleased with the new window and, more importantly, Wellington as a company with a CEO like Brent!
